Great directors have an uncanny ability to leave you changed by viewing their work. The world is never quite the same again. If you’re trying to convince your businesses to change its branded customer experience, how could you get and use that ability?

Telling your company’s experience story in an engaging way that mobilises organisations is vital to brand and customer experience directors. At H2X we believe that the craft of film making has much to teach the experience designer. The skills required to uncover the truth, design a narrative and share a compelling story are very similar to those required to design and communicate a great customer or employee experience.

Join the H2X team and acclaimed directors and producers, and you’ll look anew at customer experiences through the lens of film making. You’ll be introduced to a variety of film making skills and produce a 5-10 minute documentary.

There’s nothing more powerful than an experience with a purpose.

Fun, but practical, the purpose is to teach participants the skills of directing and producing documentaries. You’ll plan and then shoot and edit a documentary about your customer experience. You’ll have your very own documentary to take back with you to the office. The course is set for three days over 2-3 weeks to help participants manage busy diaries.
